Welcoming Sales Objections Networking & Learning Event ,11 April

“Oh no, not another sales call! I am not interested. I don’t even want to talk to you, let alone buy from you!!” – What did you say the last time you heard these words from a potential customer?

SBA-Canada is pleased to present the ”Welcoming Sales Objection, Smile Please!” Workshop facilitated by Harpreet Singh of Zoho Consulting Inc.

In this workshop, you will explore how to view objections as opportunities for discovering valuable information about a potential client’s situation by:

  1. understanding objections and welcoming them as opportunities to sell instead of viewing them as hurdles
  2. how to find the truth behind the objection
  3. using specific techniques in dealing with various types of objections
  4. taking concrete actions to “rise above” your prospects’ objections and skilfully leveraging these to sell

Harpreet is a management consultant, trainer, educator and entrepreneur. For the past fourteen years, he has helped hundreds of students, entrepreneurs and organizations to unlock their hidden potential, to achieve their goals, desires and dreams with his expertise in business planning, growth strategies, organization development and skills’ training.   Along with his MBA from a premier European business school, Harpreet also brings a rich international experience of consulting and training from Europe, Asia, Middle-east and North America.
